Who We Are

Spinnz is a mobile application published by Brandes Positive Impact LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how the Spinnz app handles information. It applies to the Spinnz app only; our website is covered by a separate website privacy policy.

The Short Version

Spinnz does not require an account, does not ask for your name or email, and does not track you. Your activity in the app stays on your device. The only data that leaves your device relates to purchases, which are processed by Apple and our subscription-management provider, RevenueCat.

Information Stored on Your Device

Spinnz stores your in-app data — such as the rooms you select, your settings, and your completed-task counts — locally on your device. This data never leaves your device, and we cannot access it. Deleting the app deletes this data.

Purchases

If you choose to subscribe or make a purchase, the payment is processed entirely by Apple through your Apple Account. We never see or store your payment details.

To manage subscriptions and unlock features, Spinnz uses RevenueCat, a subscription-management service. RevenueCat receives purchase information (such as the product purchased and receipt data) and a randomly generated app-instance identifier. This identifier is not linked to your name, email, or other personal details — we do not collect those. Please refer to RevenueCat’s Privacy Policy for details on their data handling.

What We Do Not Do

• No user accounts and no collection of names, emails, or contact details
• No third-party advertising and no ad networks
• No third-party analytics or tracking SDKs
• No access to your location, contacts, photos, or microphone
• No sale or sharing of personal information

Aggregated App Store Statistics

Apple provides us with aggregated, anonymized statistics about the app (such as download counts) through App Store Connect. These statistics are controlled by your Apple device’s analytics-sharing settings and never identify you to us.

Children

Spinnz is made for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your Rights

Because your in-app data is stored only on your device, you can delete it at any time by deleting the app. For purchase data handled by RevenueCat, you may contact us and we will assist with access or deletion requests in line with applicable privacy laws (including the GDPR and CCPA).

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
